We use a manual Order Form for you to make Pick n Mix selections for your Pizza Boxes. This Order Form gathers Personal Information as defined in GDPR law.

• Data Processed: We collect your name, address, postcode, phone number, email (optional), and your selection of sweets, provided by you voluntarily when you complete the form.

• Purpose: The data is used exclusively to create and fulfil your order, and to respond to your queries.

• Legal Basis: Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), obtained via an active check-box before submission.

• Data Transfer & Storage: The information you provide is submitted via WhatsApp (encrypted) and we store it in a spreadsheet locally on our computer. It will not be transferred or shared with anyone.

• Retention: We only store your data as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose mentioned above. With your permission, we will retain your Personal Information for the purpose of facilitating your future orders - you optionally give us permission to do this using a tick box on the Order Form.

• Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us through the contact information below.
